Being named MVP for Challenge 49 at F45 Gympie is a huge achievement — but what makes it even more special is that it’s gone to someone truly deserving.

Mel from the Blue Team has been chosen by fellow challengers and coaches, and it’s easy to see why. She’s kind, encouraging, positive and a genuine motivator. She shows up, works hard, kicks quiet goals and never seeks the spotlight… yet she inspires everyone around her. A true quiet achiever and an absolutely incredible human.

Coming up to two years as part of our F45 Gympie family, and what a journey it’s been. Catherine absolutely loves everything F45 brings to her life—smashing challenges, staying consistent in her workouts and kicking goals in everyday life.

This studio is one of her happy places, where she shows up, works hard and walks out feeling stronger and proud.
