From Darkness to Light: A Personal Message from My Heart

After walking through the pain of an abusive relationship and experiencing yet another dark night of the soul, I reached a breaking point. I had to ask myself the hard questions—Why was I putting others before myself? Why was I pouring love into someone who couldn’t value or receive it? The answer was clear: I wasn’t valuing myself. And I knew that had to change.

Healing isn’t linear. It’s messy, deep, and often disheartening—especially when you feel like you’ve already done the work. I’ve spent years uncovering trauma, not just my own, but generations of it. This time the male side had their chance to release their trauma, even in while in spirit, they can be holding lifetimes of trauma and this healing release now flows to to my children and their children. Ancestral pain runs deep, and it takes incredible strength to face what’s been hidden for so long. I know I’m not alone in this.

Recently, I worked with Bev Handley, who reached out to exchange healing. What followed was to release trauma—my own and my ancestors. I felt lighter, freer and more aligned. And in return, I offered healing from my heart, supported by the ever-present guidance of my son Jack, who continues to walk with me in spirit.

As Bev so beautifully said:
“I feel so different already! You’ve cleared so many lifetimes of trauma. I feel clear, open, aligned & free! I seriously can’t thank you enough. You’re amazing!!! And thank you to Jack & team too.”

The truth is—I’ve spent too long hiding my gifts, afraid of being seen, fearing judgment, jealousy, or abandonment. But I now understand that playing small serves no one. My soul has always known why I’m here: to help others release the trauma they carry—both their own and that of their ancestors.

This is my mission. This is my offering.

If you feel called to begin your own healing journey, or if you’re simply ready to shed the weight of what no longer belongs to you, I’m here. I’m now opening up more time for one-on-one sessions—online or in-person if you’re on the Sunshine Coast or in the Gympie area.
