Hi Everyone,
With the season of colds & flu's upon us, there are a couple of key ingredients to add to your daily diet to help the body provide a healthy immune system - zinc & Vitamin C. Incorporate zinc-rich foods eg., meat, shellfish, legumes, nuts, seeds, dairy, eggs & whole grains into the daily diet. Also Vitamin C rich foods such as- berries, citrus fruits, kiwifruit, blackcurrants, tomatoes, broccoli, sprouts & capsicum.
