During this festive season, we want you to feel happy and safe.There are several ways you can contact someone if you are feeling distressed and need immediate help:

If you are unable to cope by yourself and feel you need urgent attention, please call 000 and ask for an ambulance or police.You can also speak to your support person if you think they can assist you in finding the right help or information.

🎅 Christmas Day Kerbside Bin Collection 🎅

For residents whose regular bin collection day is Thursday, kerbside bin collections will still occur on Christmas Day.

🎄 Collections will start at 4:00am (normally 5:00am) in affected areas.

What you need to do:
- Have bins out by 4:00am on Christmas Day, or
- Put them out Christmas Eve

❤️ Starting earlier allows our drivers to finish sooner and spend more time with loved ones.

♻️ All other public holiday collections will continue as usual over the festive period.
