If anyone has met us, you will know that (we feel) there is no better way to spend a Sunday afternoon than with good humans, music, BBQ’s and a bevvie!

We would love to invite you all to come have a sausage in bread and a bevvie with us at the clinic on Sunday the 30th of November from 1pm onwards.

Super casual, BBQ provided, and there will be a bouncy castle for the kids (small or big...) BYO bevvie’s if you’re that way inclined.

James is a man of many talents & a truly lovely human. You may recognise him from the Anytime Fitness at Nairne and Balhannah or when he was consulting from the clinic during his studies. He is now out on his own and ready to take on clients in both Hahndorf and at his clinic in Nairne.

Come join us at Run Club!

All abilities and all modes of movement are welcome. Some walk, some run, some do something that looks similar to walking or running but we can define it as neither. Bring your dogs, bring your bikes, whatever & come join us for an hour of movement on a Sunday morning.

Where: meet at the Klose’s Foodland carpark Woodside, we run along the Amy Gillet
Length: 1 hour total, 30 minutes out and 30 min back
When: every Sunday morning at 9:30am +- coffee after if you wish ☕
