At PhysioXtra, we offer two different styles of Pilates to suit your needs:

1️⃣Clinical Exercise Pilates

Delivered by our Physiotherapists, this style is tailored for:

- Injury rehabilitation
- Pain management
- Preventative care and long-term physical health

Each program is individualised to your body and goals, making it ideal if you're recovering from injury or managing a chronic condition. Clinical exercise classes are also claimable through Private health insurance.

2️⃣ Instructor-Led Pilates Classes (PilatesX)

These are group sessions led by a qualified Pilates instructor, focusing on:

- General fitness and flexibility
- Core strength and posture
- A fun, energising workout in a supportive group environment

Perfect for those looking to move, stretch, and strengthen in a dynamic class setting! PilatesX is a Weekly membership.

Please note - Bookings for clinical exercise can be made over the phone, through the PhysioXtra website or of course in person with our lovely reception team! Bookings for the PilatesX classes will need to be through the PilatesX app.

🌳TreeClimb Team Bonding 🌳

Our Hallett and Seaford teams took on the Kuitpo Forest Tree Climb course this weekend — challenging ourselves, supporting each other, and having an absolute blast while climbing and zip lining through trees! Nothing like a little adrenaline and laughter to strengthen the team spirit. 🌟

🙌 WELCOME DAVID 🙌

We are excited to welcome (back) our Remedial Massage Therapist, David Clark to the Hallett Cove clinic!!

David worked with us briefly a few years ago and has since been working from our Seaford clinic!

He offers tailored treatments that combine Remedial, Sports, and Relaxation Massage to meet your specific needs. David specialises in helping clients with sports injuries, chronic pain, and stress through a variety of effective techniques, including Deep Tissue, Myofascial Cupping, Trigger Point Therapy, and Joint Mobilization.

David brings elite-level experience to his practice. Since 2021, he has been a massage therapist for the Adelaide Football Club and is passionate about helping you maintain optimal health so you can keep doing what you love!

David will be working at Hallett Cove on Wednesday's Fortnightly starting next Wed 15th Oct! Bookings are available online or you can call us on ph: 8387 2155 to book in a massage.
