As I prepare to bid farewell to my Sunday afternoon Yin classes at lighten up Townsville, I am reflecting on the transformative space we have shared. The slow and mindful movement and embracing our unique shapes has empowered us to flow within, unlocking an hour of profound peace, reflection and self-discovery. I have been deeply inspired by my yoga journey in Townsville, and as I embark on a new adventure across to Perth, the timeless wisdom and sense of community we have cultivated will forever be etched in my heart.

So join me at Lighten Up Studio, my last class is Sunday 29th June @ 4pm
