There are days when Vietspa is more than a place of gentle hands and herbal scents. It is where a little angel truly found her calm.
Gabby, a sweet girl with the purest eyes, came to Vietspa for the first time feeling shy and unsure of what to expect.
Her mum had shown her some photos and videos beforehand, but for a child with ASD and ADHD, every new experience can be challenging.
Then, something beautiful happened. As the soft aroma of warm essential oils filled the room and gentle hands touched her hair, Gabby began to relax.
The quiet music, the warmth of the heat pack on her tummy, and the slow, soothing rhythm of each movement seemed to whisper: โYouโre safe now.โ
And in that moment, her little world became calmer. Since then, Gabby has always looked forward to coming back.
Each visit, she relaxes a little quicker, smiles a little brighter, and feels a little more at ease. She has even overcome her fear of the blow dryer, something that once made her anxious.
Her mum shared that after each session, Gabby seems to โreset her balance.โ Her anxiety fades, she communicates more, sleeps better, and proudly shows her smooth hair with the little clip she chooses herself.
For Gabby, it is more than just a spa visit. It is where she learns to listen to herself, a small, gentle corner of the world where her mind and body can both find peace.
And for her mum, it is happiness, knowing her daughter has found comfort through warmth, care and understanding.
Sometimes, healing doesnโt come from big things.
It comes from the quiet moments, when we are seen, heard, loved, and simply allowed to be ourselves.๐
