Through my work supporting people one-on-one with arts and creative activities, and more recently working as part of a team in residential supported accommodation, I’ve been reminded just how much support workers and carers give every day.

The patience, energy and care it takes to support others is incredible.

So I’d love to offer something back.

Finding whatever resonates with you to undo, heal, accept, and move on from some of what may be from human programming, wounding and life’s challenges

An occasional tuning fork session when life is busy and stressful is a lovely pampering, unique experience and very relaxing. Especially a Harmonic Facial, which allows the mind some time out from all the “noise”that surrounds you

Last nights group session was a inpromtu collaboration of a sound bath (thanks Karen)and my tuning forks and drum beats to see in the CNY of the Fire Horse 🔥🐎

My cat Luna found her comfy spot for a short while!

Thanks to those who joined the group and for staying for a lovely chat afterwards 💕

We are hoping to bring this combined healing experience again in the future
