EMP CrossFit - Hamilton EmpowerFit is a 24/7 Gym in Hamilton, VIC. We are located in Hamilton and have clients coming from many outlying towns.

The services we offer include CrossFit, functional training, personal training, resistance training, group fitness classes, nutrition and weight loss programs, muscle gain, meal plans, professional fitness advice, as well as nutrition coaching and dietary advice. Our group classes are based on functional movement and develop all elements of fitness including strength, cardiovascular endurance, lactic fitness and core stability. We provide a personalised and unique experience within a fun group environment that delivers results like you have never seen.
