Let’s talk about lunchbox snacks. Now I know you probably think everything is homemade in our house and yes I LOVE cooking from scratch but it’s not always possible so I thought I’d share with you some of my got to pantry staples when it comes to snacks.

🚨 THIS IS THE CYCLE NO ONE TALKS ABOUT.
Restrict. Overdo it. Burn out. Overeat. Feel guilty. Repeat.
And the hardest part?
You’re a capable woman in every other area of your life. You run a farm, raise kids, hold down a job, support everyone else. So when this keeps happening, you assume it must be you. But physiologically, it makes sense.
Under-eat and over-train long enough and your body will fight back. Hunger increases. Cravings increase. Energy drops. Your nervous system is wired. Then we blame willpower instead of the strategy.
Inside The Nourished Club we focus on stability over extremes.
Balanced meals.
Simple structure.
Micro actions.
Monthly planning. Real accountability.
Nothing sexy. Just effective action and support.
If you want to get off the cycle, comment or DM CLUB and I’ll send you everything you need to know.

You don’t need another free PDF. You don’t need more discipline. You definitely don’t need to try harder on your own.
Right now rural women are exhausted.
Juggling farm, family, work, community… and somehow still expecting themselves to meal prep perfectly, exercise daily and “just be consistent.” The problem isn’t that you don’t know what to do. It’s that you’re doing it alone.
The Nourished Club exists because support changes everything.Accountability.Realistic meal planning.A space to ask questions.Supported by women who actually understands rural life.
Consistency isn’t built on motivation. It’s built on structure and support that fits your world.
If you’re done trying to manage your health on your own, this is your place.
Comment CLUB or DM me and I’ll send you the details.
Doors are open and you can join for as little as $79 a month.

POV: Rural girl in Sydney with actual menu options 😅
The Korean sticky fried chicken looked SO good… and I wanted it.
So I ordered it.
But I know it wouldn’t make me feel great eating it alone so I paired it with a big garden salad and made it balanced.
Because this is what I teach my community:
You don’t need to avoid the fun food. You don’t need to feel guilty for enjoying it.You just make the best choice you can in the moment.
Balance > restriction.
And let’s be honest… we don’t get Korean fried chicken on the pub menu back home very often 🤍

You don’t need more podcasts. You don’t need another free meal plan screenshot saved to your phone. And you definitely don’t need to start again next Monday.
Most rural women I work with already know what to do.
Eat more protein. Plan ahead. Stop skipping meals. Move your body. Sleep more.
The gap isn’t knowledge. It’s support and accountability. The Nourished Club exists because rural women are trying to do their health alone.
Alone in the ute. Alone in the kitchen at 8:30pm. Alone scrolling trying to figure out what’s wrong.
Inside the Club you get structure. You get real-time guidance. You get other women who understand lambing season, harvest chaos and town days. No extremes. No detoxes.
Just consistent, practical support that fits rural life.
If you’re ready to stop starting over, come join us.
Doors are open, join now for only $79. Comment or DM me CLUB and I can send you the details.

IF YOU’RE STILL TRYING TO DO YOUR HEALTH ALONE IN 2026, READ THIS.
You don’t have a motivation problem. You’re not lazy. You’re overloaded.
The women I work with are incredibly capable. They run farms, raise families, manage work and hold everything together. But when it comes to their own health, they quietly feel like they’re failing.
Not because they don’t know what to do. Most of you know exactly what you “should” be doing. This isn’t a knowledge issue. It’s trying to follow through in the middle of real rural life.
You start strong. Then life ramps up. And your health becomes the flexible thing again.
It’s not a discipline flaw.
You can’t rely on motivation. You can’t outsource discipline. But you also shouldn’t be doing this alone.
Something is coming this Sunday for the rural woman who is done starting over every Monday.
If that’s you, comment or DM CLUB and I’ll make sure you’re first to hear.

You don’t need another food rule.
You need less mental load.
Most rural women aren’t struggling because they don’t care about their health. They’re struggling because they’re exhausted from making decisions all day.
When you’re overloaded, food becomes reactive.
The Nourished Mumma Framework was built to remove the noise. Simple balanced meals. Real recipes. A clear plan.
No extremes. Just structure.
Something is coming.
If you want to be first to know, comment or DM CLUB.

ACCOUNTABILITY IS THE PART NO ONE TALKS ABOUT.
Most rural women don’t struggle because they lack knowledge. You know what balanced meals look like. You know you feel better when you move your body. You know sleep matters.
The problem isn’t information. It’s trying to sustain change in isolation. When no one is expecting you, it’s easy to disappear. Not dramatically. Just quietly. Life gets busy. Harvest ramps up. Kids need more. Work demands more. And your health slips to the bottom again. Not because you don’t care. Because you’re carrying it alone.
Consistency improves when you’re supported. When someone knows your goals. When other women are showing up too. When it feels normal to talk about meals, movement and energy — not extreme.
That’s the difference.
If you want accountability that actually works in rural life, comment or DM CLUB and I’ll send you the details.

Here’s my walking pad review 🎉
Since filming this I’ve used it more and more and I honestly love it! I paid $300 from Amazon so it’s obviously not the cheapest one on the market but it ticked so many boxes so I’m very happy.
✅ rail
✅ able to have an incline
✅ wider then most
✅ has the ability to to for a short jog on it
Overall very happy. If you want the direct link send me a message or comment below. Obviously not sponsored just sharing with you as so many have asked about it.

I am extremely passionate about helping those in rural and remote areas ensuring everyone can be the best version of themselves.
After dealing with a few of my own health issues, I found a real passion for herbal medicine and nutrition which lead me on the path to Naturopathy.
I am a registered member of CMA and completed an Advanced Diploma of Naturopathy in Melbourne. I have a real passion for all things health and wellbeing and I want to share my knowledge with the community.
My goal is to provide Naturopathic care to anyone, anywhere in Australia. I want to focus on rural and regional areas who don’t currently have access to Naturopathic care. As I live in Western Victoria on a Sheep and cropping property I see there is a lack of support for farmers and farming families. To achieve this goal, I am offering appointments and packages for rural and remote areas, where you have appointments online. If you have a community in regional Victoria that would like to have me come at any point please get in contact.
For those who are close to one of my clinic locations you can see me at Hamilton, Ararat and Halls Gap. But if you aren’t you won’t miss out on anything because my online appointments are the same as my in clinic appointments, you will just see me through a screen.
Appointments available:
Monday: Hamilton
Tuesday: Ararat Physiotherapy and Health Services
Wednesday: Ararat Physiotherapy and Health Services
Thursday: Online appointments
Friday: Online appointments/Halls Gap once a Month
**Skype consultations will also be available to anyone outside these areas.
