In the past 24 hours, four women have told me they’re completely burnt out.
And not one of them is lazy. Not one of them lacks motivation. These are some of the hardest working women I know, running farms, raising kids, building businesses, holding their families together and somehow still finding a way to show up for everyone else.

But here’s what I’m actually seeing underneath all of that. Chronic stress that never fully switches off. A mental load so heavy it follows them to bed. Nutrient depletion from years of giving without replenishing. Postnatal depletion that was never properly addressed. And very little real support in their corner.

When your nervous system is stuck in survival mode, your body isn’t thinking about fat loss or balanced hormones or glowing skin. It’s just trying to get through the day. And you can’t out-supplement a lifestyle that is quietly draining you from the inside out.
If you’re exhausted and you’ve been blaming yourself for it, please hear this. It’s not a character flaw. It’s not weakness. It’s your body waving a flag and asking for help.
You don’t have to figure this out alone. That’s what I’m here for.

A free discovery call is the first step, let’s look at the whole picture together and work out what your body actually needs right now.

This comment made my whole week. 🤍

This is exactly what I talk about when I say micro actions create momentum. She didn’t plan it. She didn’t need special equipment or a perfect morning routine. She just asked herself what’s the best decision I can make for myself right now — and she chose herself.

That’s the shift I work towards with every woman I support. Not perfection, not an overhaul… just a different default. Because over time those small decisions compound into something really powerful. The walk becomes the habit. The habit becomes the identity. And one day you realise you’re just someone who looks after herself — without it feeling hard anymore.
So proud of you. You know who you are.

This is what we do inside The Nourished Club — we work on the small, consistent actions that actually fit your real rural life, with accountability and a community of women cheering you on every step of the way. Because having someone in your corner changes everything.

$79/month or $790 for the year. 👉 Comment or DM CLUB if you’re ready to join us.

Micro actions create momentum. Let me explain why.

Most women quit before the wheel starts turning. They drink the water, eat the protein breakfast, go to bed earlier… and when they don’t wake up transformed after two weeks, they decide it isn’t working and go back to square one.

But it was working. They just couldn’t see it yet.

That’s the flywheel effect — and it’s exactly how real, lasting health change happens. Not through extreme effort, but through small actions repeated consistently until momentum takes over and it starts to feel easy. Natural. Like just the way you live.
The problem is that the gap between starting and feeling it is where most women fall off. And that gap is so much harder to push through alone.

That’s why accountability isn’t a nice-to-have inside The Nourished Club — it’s the whole point. Because I know how the flywheel works, and I’m not going to let you quit right before it starts spinning.

If you’ve ever been told “everything is normal” while feeling absolutely wrecked… this is for you.

Normal on paper does not automatically mean optimal in real life. Pathology ranges are designed to detect disease. They are not always designed to reflect thriving, energised, well-fuelled women juggling farms, families and businesses.

You can sit at the bottom of the range for iron.
You can scrape in with B12.
Your thyroid can be technically “fine.”
And you can still feel exhausted, foggy and flat.
Add in stress, poor sleep, under-eating, luteal phase timing, mental load… and suddenly those “normal” numbers don’t tell the whole story.

This isn’t about dismissing your GP. Ruling out disease matters. But there’s a big space between “not sick” and “feeling amazing.” That’s the space most rural women are sitting in.

Inside The Nourished Club, we connect the dots. We review blood tests in our monthly drop-in clinic sessions and translate your results into practical, doable action.
If you’re done being told you’re fine when you don’t feel fine, comment CLUB and I’ll send you the details.

Your blood test might be “normal” but that doesn’t mean it’s optimal.

There’s a big difference between👉 reference ranges (what keeps you out of hospital)and👉 optimal ranges (what helps you feel energised, clear-headed and balanced).
I see it all the time.Iron “in range” but you’re exhausted.Thyroid “normal” but you’re foggy and flat.B12 “fine” but you’re running on empty.
These numbers are so often on the cusp of being low and you have all the symptoms but you’ve been told they are fine. They might be ok but they aren’t OPTIMAL.

Inside The Nourished Club, we talk through blood work, what your results actually mean, and how to use food and simple strategies to move from surviving to thriving.
If you’ve been told “everything looks fine” but you don’t feel fine, this is your sign.

IF YOU WANT 2026 TO BE DIFFERENT, YOU HAVE TO BE DIFFERENT.
You can’t repeat the same habits and hope for a new outcome.

You can’t wait for motivation to magically appear. It won’t. Especially when you’re juggling farm, family, work and everyone else’s needs. And you can’t outsource discipline. No one can want it more than you.

But here’s what I see all the time. Capable, high-functioning rural women trying to white-knuckle it on their own.
That’s the mistake.
Because change doesn’t just require discipline. It requires structure. It requires accountability. It requires support.

That’s exactly what we build inside The Nourished Club. If you’re serious about doing 2026 properly, comment or DM CLUB. Let’s stop restarting.

You are not incapable. You are under-fuelled. You run a farm. You remember drench dates, lambing windows and BAS deadlines. You coordinate everyone else’s needs without missing a beat.

But your own meals? Optional. Squeezed in. Leftovers.

Then you wonder why you feel exhausted but wired. Foggy. Snappy. Flat. This isn’t a willpower problem. It’s physiology.

When you skip meals and live on coffee and convenience, your blood sugar swings. Cortisol steps in. Your body stays in survival mode.
And survival mode feels like burnout.
You don’t need another extreme plan.
You don’t need to eat less.
You don’t need to “try harder.”
You need structure around your basics.

Three proper meals. Protein. Consistency. Support.

That’s exactly what we build inside The Nourished Club. Practical nutrition, accountability and guidance that actually fits rural life.
If you’re done running on fumes, comment CLUB and I’ll send you the details

Let’s talk about lunchbox snacks. Now I know you probably think everything is homemade in our house and yes I LOVE cooking from scratch but it’s not always possible so I thought I’d share with you some of my got to pantry staples when it comes to snacks.

🚨 THIS IS THE CYCLE NO ONE TALKS ABOUT.
Restrict.
Overdo it.
Burn out.
Overeat.
Feel guilty.
Repeat.
And the hardest part?

You’re a capable woman in every other area of your life. You run a farm, raise kids, hold down a job, support everyone else. So when this keeps happening, you assume it must be you. But physiologically, it makes sense.

Under-eat and over-train long enough and your body will fight back. Hunger increases. Cravings increase. Energy drops. Your nervous system is wired. Then we blame willpower instead of the strategy.

Inside The Nourished Club we focus on stability over extremes.
Balanced meals.
Simple structure.
Micro actions.
Monthly planning.
Real accountability.
Nothing sexy. Just effective action and support.
If you want to get off the cycle, comment or DM CLUB and I’ll send you everything you need to know.

You don’t need another free PDF. You don’t need more discipline. You definitely don’t need to try harder on your own.

Right now rural women are exhausted.
Juggling farm, family, work, community… and somehow still expecting themselves to meal prep perfectly, exercise daily and “just be consistent.” The problem isn’t that you don’t know what to do. It’s that you’re doing it alone.

The Nourished Club exists because support changes everything.Accountability.Realistic meal planning.A space to ask questions.Supported by women who actually understands rural life.
Consistency isn’t built on motivation. It’s built on structure and support that fits your world.

If you’re done trying to manage your health on your own, this is your place.
Comment CLUB or DM me and I’ll send you the details.

Doors are open and you can join for as little as $79 a month.

POV: Rural girl in Sydney with actual menu options 😅
The Korean sticky fried chicken looked SO good… and I wanted it.
So I ordered it.
But I know it wouldn’t make me feel great eating it alone so I paired it with a big garden salad and made it balanced.

Because this is what I teach my community:
You don’t need to avoid the fun food. You don’t need to feel guilty for enjoying it.You just make the best choice you can in the moment.
Balance > restriction.

And let’s be honest… we don’t get Korean fried chicken on the pub menu back home very often 🤍
