Before we head into the weekend, here is another reminder of what 'Dont Keep It Under Your Hat' means.

Thanks to Izzy from for this reflection and sharing this message.

This weekend take the time to check in on your mates and loved ones around you and remember 'Don't Keep It Under Your Hat'.

What does Don’t Keep It Under Your Hat really mean?

Our mate Woody from AAM shares why bottling it up just doesn’t work.

Sometimes it's just easier to talk to someone outside your circle. If you can relate, don't bottle it up, check us out..

Big thanks to the AAM Investment Group crew for backing our Don't Keep It Under Your Hat campaign.

Farmers are problem solvers by nature.

If something breaks, you call a mechanic. If the soil’s off, you call an agronomist.

So when there’s a lot going on in life or in your head, why keep it under your hat?

Thanks to Muster Dogs participant Sam Mackaway for backing our Dont Keep It Under Your Hat campaign and reminding farmers that reaching out to a professional doesn't always need a big reason. Sometimes it’s just life and things stacking up.

That's what this campaign is here for.

We’re excited to be partnering withRingers From The Top End (RFTTE) during Don’t Keep It Under Your Hat (DKIUYH) season to help increase awareness of TIACS across agricultural communities.

Ringers From The Top End (RFTTE) has a strong, trusted connection with people working across farming and ag industries particularly in regional and remote Australia. Through this partnership, they’re helping make sure more people know support is available if and when it’s needed.

They’ve shared a thoughtful piece with their community about the realities of working in ag, the importance of looking out for each other, and why accessible mental health support matters.

👉 We encourage you to read their latest update and share it within your own networks. https://shorturl.at/g6UNB

Sometimes the most powerful support is simply helping the message reach the right people.

Just popping into your feed to remind you not to keep it under your hat.

If something’s weighing on you, talking it through might be exactly what you need to feel that little bit lighter.

A big thank you to Mady from CRT for proudly supporting the Don’t Keep It Under Your Hat campaign.

Remember to check in on your mates and share this with anyone who might need to hear it.

Sometimes all it takes is a chat.

That’s why it means so much to see AAM Investment Group backing Don’t Keep It Under Your Hat, because speaking up can open the door for others too.

Working in agriculture especially in rural and remote Australia can feel isolating at times.

That’s why support like this matters.

Ringers From The Top End (RFTTE) has been helping us spread the word about TIACS across their ag community, reaching people right where they are.

A big thank you to Simon Chatham and the team for backing mental health in ag and helping remind people they don’t have to face things alone.

Remember if you're doing it tough, Don't Keep It Under Your Hat.

We're excited to kick off our 'Dont Keep It Under Your Hat' campaing for another year!

Running from 23rd March to 24th April, this initaitive is all about getting farmers and others on the land talking, because a simple conversation can make a world of a difference.

The land and life can bring uncertain times: droughts, floods, tough seasons and challenging moments. But you don't have to carry it all on your own. If it's on your mind, Don't Keep It Under Your Hat.

This year, we’re inviting everyone to play a part in spreading the message.

👉Check in on your mates, sometimes a quick chat can make all the difference.

Then help us take the message even further:

👉Create a post, share your story and tag us to encourage others to open up and do the same. Your voice might be exactly what someone needs to hear.

Together, we can make reaching out feel a little easier for everyone.

Fuel prices are climbing,

costs are biting

and stress levels are high

which leads to a thought we hear all the time:

“Talking isn’t going to make diesel cheaper.”

True.

We checked.

It’s still bloody expensive.

But here’s the part most people overlook…

everything can start to stack up.

The rising costs, the long hours, the constant juggling.

But here's the thing...

Some loads run better when you share them. And when the load’s lighter,
you feel clearer, calmer and more in control.

But how do you actually do that?

You talk to someone instead of bottling it up.

But to who? And where do you start?

That's where we step in..

Chat to a TIACS professinal counsellor who gets the pressures on and off the road.

You can text or call 0488 846 988 (Mon–Fri, 8am–10pm AEST)

or visit the Healthy Heads in Trucks & Sheds website or app here: www.healthyheads.org.au

Chances are, you're not the only one feeling it...

So if this could help a mate of yours, send it their way.

It could make all the difference.
