As much as I love offering gift certificates, I have made the decision to pause all gift certificates sales for now.

With a current waiting time for appointments of around four months, I want to make sure that everyone who already has a certificate can be seen in a timely manner and with the care and attention they deserve.

And that’s a wrap for 2024!

Another fabulous year of highs, lows, love, laughs, community and healing.

For me, this time of year brings calm, breath and recharge. Being together with family and friends and being outdoors fills my cup. I am ready to recharge!

As always, thank you for your trust and allowing me to work with you on your physical journey of wellbeing. Thank you to and for including me in your communities and providing the beautiful clinic spaces I get to work from. Thank you to and for continuing to provide me with incredible experiences working with some of the nations best athletes. I feel blessed, I am grateful.

I will take an extended break and be back in clinic from Wednesday 29/01. Please see website for new pricing.

Yep, that’s my hands up there and this picture has made think about the importance of post-event recovery massage. There’s a reason sporting clubs organise recovery massage for their athletes. And it is not just for the professional.

Post event massage treatments play a crucial role in recovery. It can facilitate both physical and mental recovery while supporting long term performance and injury prevention.

By promoting calmness and improving circulation, massage can accelerate the body’s natural healing processes. With increased blood flow, oxygen and other nutrients are moved through the body aiding repair and recovery. This also has an impact on the lymphatic system which kicks into action removing any metabolites causing inflammation and muscle soreness.

Massage can also identify areas of tension and imbalance. By bringing awareness and attention to these areas, steps can be taken to prevent a potential injury. This is also a great psychological support promotes a sense of calmness, confidence and focus.

As 2023 comes to an end, I would like to say thank you!

* Thank you to and for giving me beautiful spaces to work from.
* Thank you to and for trusting me with your athletes.

2023 was full of wonderful learning and practice. I will be taking a break from 22 December and look forward to welcoming you back again in February. Enjoy the festivities that this time of year brings and enjoy the summer break with your families and friends. Merry Christmas 🎄🎄🎄
