Just wrapping up 4 beautiful weeks in our new expanded space and fair to say just loving it and so have you. The feedback and love has felt like an incredible warm hug each and every time so thank you so much.
This first step of expansion was for you, our patients. To show our gratitude and really dive deep into what healthcare means, how it can feel and how you can get the most out of it from start to finish. So many decisions and planning go into these spaces not just for the “pretty” factor but for how it needs to function for your visit and for our team to work.
The first few weeks felt incredibly numb, almost disbelief of what we achieved and how the finished look actually looks. You always have a visual in your mind but to see it was overwhelming even for me.
I have to really thank our wonderful team that fill our space with so much enthusiasm for their trust during this process. There isn’t a decision that is made without the thought of how this may impact them or how to create the best outcome for everyone so this process is absolutely in honour of you gorgeous humans.
As we move into a decade celebration in this space this year there have been so many challenges that only a small business would know. The stuff that haunts you in your dreams!! To have got this far amongst the weeds, the horrible words, attitudes, egos and situations it is truly humbling to able to continue to grow with such great support behind you. It’s always in times of doubt, there will be the kindest voice gently cheering you on and keeps pushing you forward. I don’t know where I would without them.
We have shared a few reno diaries via our stories and will give you a few insights into our journey over the past few months, it’s far from glamorous but important to show that this simply isn’t easy. I like it to appear easy and effortless but behind the scenes we hustled hard. And when I say we, I have to thank endlessly my wonderful partner, he helps bring this to life. A once upon a time carpenter turned bio med engineer, also has a passion for helping people and together we truly love bringing this space alive whilst trying to remain alive ourselves 🤣. But we did it!
