We often don’t realise how much tension we’re holding — especially in our jaws. Hours can pass with our teeth clenched and shoulders tight, without us even noticing. Take a moment now to unclench your jaw, drop your shoulders, and breathe deeply. Let go of the tension you’ve been carrying — you don’t need to hold it all.

Happy World Menopause day 🩷

Believe me, I know there are very few symptoms that women in (peri)menopause would like to celebrate but we have to go through it (some symptoms can start from the age of 35....).

I just realised that today was my 2nd Revival-sary 🎂
Two years fly when you're having fun!
Thank you so much to this bunch of amazing ladies (sorry Emma, I don't have a picture with you but I appreciate you very much too 💕). Working with such a team is a privilege.
And of course, thank you for the Boss Lady Hayley for all her support every day. I am amazed that you are able to run a business, work in it, study chiropractic and restore a house while getting ready to get married 😂
And last but not least, thank you to all our incredible clients who make it all worthwhile.

My clients when I press on "THE" spot. This little spot soooo hard for them to reach (and hubby doesn't press hard enough... - sorry hubby).
They usually say that "it hurts good".
