📝We are looking to run 2 holiday programs late-January. (Week commencing 19th January 2026)

⛳️GROUP 1 will focus on those transitioning to school this year and will be run over 2 days (20th & 21st January), between 9am and 3pm.

⛳️GROUP 2 will feature an Underwater-theme and is ideal for those going into Year 1 and will be run over 2 days (22nd & 23rd January), between 9am and 3pm.

Matisse, our Accredited Practising Dietitian, is now accepting new clients — offering compassionate, evidence-informed nutrition care for all ages, from puréed peas to protein goals.

👩‍⚕️ Areas of Interest & Expertise Include:

- Chronic disease management (e.g. diabetes, hypercholesterolaemia, kidney & liver disease)

- NDIS nutrition – including enteral feeding & paediatric selective eating

- Weight management (adults & children)

- Gut health (IBS, diverticular disease, reflux, pancreatitis & more)

- Malnutrition & unintended weight loss

- Food allergies/intolerances (e.g. coeliac, lactose intolerance)

- Disordered eating (binge eating, bulimia nervosa)

- Gestational diabetes & healthy eating advice

We’re so excited to share that Why Wait is now officially registered with the NDIS Commission — which means we can now support NDIA-managed participants!

We’ve always loved working with Plan-managed and Self-managed families, and now we’re able to welcome even more participants into our care.

Our small, passionate team — including our Occupational Therapists, Early Intervention Therapist, and Dietitian — is here to support your child’s journey with personalised, family-centred care.

📣 Expression of Interest – Baby Massage Group 🍼

We are seeking expressions of interest for a Baby Massage Group to be facilitated by our qualified Occupational Therapist, Carolin.

This group is designed to foster positive parent-infant interaction, support sensory regulation, and promote relaxation through structured baby massage techniques.

🗓 Proposed Days: Tuesday or Thursday mornings
⏰ Time: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
💲 Fee: $193.99 per hour, per session – cost to be shared equally among attending families

This is a great opportunity for caregivers to connect, learn supportive strategies, and build nurturing routines in a welcoming environment. The final group size will determine the per-family session fee.
