Spending my weekend doing an advanced course in Bowen therapy. Very excited.

Welcome to 2019 and hope you all had a great break over Xmas new year. Still $50 per session so if you have aches and pains this is the year to give Bowen therapy a go. I am off to an advanced Bowen therapy course middle of February and looking forward to that.

Am also learning Bowen and Emmett therapy for horses (still early days) so if you have an equine friend watch this space.

Typical use of ISBT Bowen is with :
- back, neck or leg pain
- sports injuries
- Frozen shoulder, carpal tunnel syndrome, arm pain
- joint mobility problems, muscle stiffness and injury
- Breathing restrictions and,
- Iymph and circulatory problems.
