Morning everyone, it’s earth based Sunday and I have a very awe inspiring mindful moment. Yesterday I captured an eagle just outside of my room only a few metres up in the tree. The ravens chased it away. The photos really dont do this moment Justice however what a wonderful moment it was. 🦅

Hiya everyone, 🌻 are there many community members here that are local to the mid north coast?
I thought it was time I get back into running regular earth based mindful events so will be running a monthly mindfulness in the park at Taree Bicentennial Gardens with the first one starting on 5th March. 🧘

Given that I’ve finally fully grounded myself in this beautiful community I feel deeply called to offer these gatherings as a way of honouring the land, deepening presence, and weaving gentle connections with others who are longing to arrive and simply be together. 🌿

These gatherings are by donation and will be relaxed, nature-held, and open-hearted. Just time on the earth, in community.🌀

A huge thank you to every amazing human who purchased a 2026 Earth-based calendar and to everyone who joined in the 2025 challenge by slowing down, noticing the land, and sharing what they saw. Winning or not, every photo mattered. The gorgeous women pictured here are just some of those who received calendars and helped bring this collective offering to life. ✨

This calendar is a shared weaving of our FB community, the seasons, and the Earth itself, and I’m so thankful to have walked this past year alongside you. 🤍🌏

The Story

Over the last year I have been engaging in some serious soul-searching, unpacking who I am and what I stood for amongst the chaos of the world was a process that brought about deep internal change. As I really embodied my daily practices, I recognized that the life I was living no longer served me. Soo I changed it. I would love support others to do the same, so here I am!

A little about me: Guardian of animals, Lover of the Sun, Activist, Pagan eclectic Witch, Vegan, eco-friendly tattooed lover of motorbike cruises!

An earth based practitioner who has a background in holistic counselling and complimentary therapies, neurolinguistics programming and hypnotherapy, reiki and crystal healing and earth based mindfulness among others. I use an eclectic approach to many modalities to provide a client centered focus. Oh and if you need Justice of the Peace services, I'm your girl!
