Not strong enough to do full squats or not sure how to start getting stronger legs? Try sit to stand. Without using your hands, engage your core and, with control, sit on a seat. Use your legs to push you into a standing position. Do 10 a day, increasing the number (reps) and times per day (sets) as you get stronger.
