Hi everyone, I’m excited to be offering a 12-week DBT group through Inside Out Counselling.
This group is for those wanting practical support to better manage emotions, cope with stress, improve relationships, and feel more grounded in day-to-day life.
Across the 12 weeks, we’ll cover core DBT skills including mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness in a supportive and safe space.
