Qigong, Meditation and Yoga with Anita With over 30 years of teaching experience in Yoga and Meditation, I now also teach Qigong. Qigong is easy to learn and heaps of fun!

The forms imitate animals and nature. A few minutes of practise can have an invigorating and rejuvenating effect. I bring over 30 years of teaching experience in the Iyengar and Hatha Yoga styles and Meditation. I have been practising yoga and meditation since the late 1970s.

I qualified as a Yoga Teacher in the mid 1980s, teaching in my spare time and in 2000 I became a full time yoga teacher. I then opened my own studio in Leichhardt.

I have fallen in love with Qigong and it has become my passion. It is akin to a moving meditation with similar forms to yoga so I have brought them together - they compliment each other perfectly. Qigong is so easy to learn and so much fun! The forms take names from animals and nature. Even a few minutes of practise can have an invigorating and rejuvenating effect.
