I reclaim ALL of who I am …
All the soul pieces, gifts, powers, lightness, shadow aspects … these are all of YOU.
Many want to see only the “light” aspects of themselves … wanting to shun or ignore the shadow aspects or darker parts of themselves.
But these shadow aspects are also part of your whole … and they need to be understood & healed.
These shadow aspects tell the story of who you are … and are there because of what you have seen, experienced, witnessed over your lifetimes.
They may have been necessary traits to hold and encompass at one time … in order to survive.
But once we do not need them anymore … we can heal that part of ourselves and let them go.
Conversely, we have many soul pieces, gifts and powers that we may have given away.
Self-esteem, worthiness, creativity are some examples. These need to be reclaimed and re-integrated back within you.
This is energy work.
This is reclaiming your true authentic self on a soul level.
This is evolving… growing … ascending … coming back to the true ORIGINAL essence of who you are.
This is healing.
