Tip 10: Avoid contradicting what someone with dementia says as this can create anxiety and make them feel self-conscious

Tip 11: Avoid saying "I've told you this before!" to someone that is living with dementia. Not only is this a degrading comment but it can also make them feel rather self-conscious
