After seven incredible years, we are saying farewell to Caitlin Smith, our leader in People, Education and Culture. She has been such an integral part of our centre and community. As a trainer, educator, mentor, and facilitator, she has touched the lives of so many—guiding more than 120 coaches and supporting countless members on their health and wellness journeys.

While we are sad to see her go, we are deeply grateful for everything she has contributed. Her legacy will be felt for many years to come, and she leaves behind a stronger, more connected community because of her dedication.

A huge month for our beloved senior coach John. He turned the big 3 0.....🎉 and our spring chicken is spreading his wings and leaving our OsteoStrong family to pursue a career in highschool teaching🎓🍎.
