This week is National Pain Week.

The theme of National Pain Week 2021 is “Connection” because people living with chronic pain often feel isolated by their pain.

The aim of NPW 2021 is to remind friends, family and professionals that connection is key to addressing the social isolation that pain can create.

Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians live with chronic pain - including adolescents and children? This includes 1 in 3 people over the age of 65.

It's okay not to feel okay. It's okay that you don't wake up on the right side of the bed or that you're not quite feeling right.

You have the right to feel the way you feel.

It not only helps to purify the air you breathe inside your home, but it can also help to improve your mood. It can greatly reduce tension and anxiety while also increasing your productivity and creativity.

This can be an excellent approach to maintaining your mental health throughout tough times!
