I’m still feeling a little overwhelmed (in the best way) after receiving the Brave Award at the Women with Altitude Awards last night. 💫

It was such a lovely surprise — and a deeply meaningful one. To be recognised as a business leader for work that comes from the heart means the world to me.

Running A State of Grace Wellbeing has been a journey of courage, trust, and persistence — holding space for women, creating community, and weaving sound, stillness, and mindfulness into everyday life. There have been challenges, moments of doubt, and many late nights… but also immense joy, connection, and purpose.

This award feels like a beautiful reminder that the quiet work — the heart-led, soulful work — matters too.

Thank you to the Women with Altitude community for celebrating women in business, and to everyone who has supported and believed in me along the way. I’m beyond grateful. 🌸

I’m beyond stoked to share that I’ve been named a finalist in the Women with Altitude Awards — in three categories: Wellness Warrior, One to Watch, and On My Way. 💫

This feels extra special, because I only moved to the Blue Mountains in late 2022. In just a short time, I’ve found myself surrounded by such a warm and inspiring community — and now, to be recognised in this way, is truly humbling.

My wellbeing work is more than a business; it’s the rhythm of my heart. Holding space for women, weaving mindfulness and sound, and creating safe places for rest and renewal has been a journey of deep meaning.

These nominations are a reminder that when you follow your calling — even when the path feels uncertain — the universe has a way of meeting you with open arms.

Thank you to the women who walk beside me, to the community that holds me, and to the magic of this Mountains home. 🌿💖

✨ The Power of the Pause ✨

In a world that glorifies busyness, pausing can feel like weakness. But what if it’s actually the greatest source of strength?

A pause doesn’t need to be hours of meditation or a week-long retreat. It can be as simple as three deep breaths before a meeting, a quiet moment with your tea, or a ritual to close the laptop at the end of the day.

When we pause, something shifts:
🌿 Clarity emerges.
🌿 Stress softens.
🌿 Decisions become wiser, more grounded.

For women balancing work, family, and the many invisible loads of life, the pause is not wasted time — it’s a return to self.
