✨ Why I Record a Podcast Every Week ✨

Every week, I sit down with my microphone, a cup of tea, and an open heart… and I press record.

I do this because I believe in creating gentle spaces for women to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with themselves.

I do it because so many of us move through life holding more than we realise — worries, hopes, responsibilities, old stories — and we deserve places where we can soften and feel supported.

I do it because sharing tools, stories, and practices for wellbeing feels like part of my soul’s purpose.

Recording each episode has become a ritual of service…

A moment to offer something nourishing, grounding, and real.

If you’d love to join me each week, you can listen to the Come Home to Yourself Podcast on all major platforms — Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and YouTube — or directly through my website.

Here’s to the women who choose to return to themselves, one gentle moment at a time. 💛✨

✨ I’m feeling incredibly honoured today ✨

I’m thrilled to share that I have been nominated for the ACMM Julie Bond-Rowe Award — an award that celebrates courage, compassion, and commitment to the path of meditation and mindful living.

To be recognised alongside other beautiful souls who are walking this path is deeply humbling. My meditation journey has been one of healing, resilience, and service, and this nomination feels like a loving acknowledgement of the work I have been called to do — holding space for women, sharing the power of sound and stillness, and offering moments of peace in a busy world.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey — whether you’ve attended a Mindful Morning, a Soulfull Day, a Crystal Singing Bowl sdound bath, a women’s circle, or simply shared a kind word along the way. Your presence, your trust, and your stories inspire me every single day.

No matter the outcome, I already feel so grateful.
Here’s to mindfulness, community, courage, and the quiet, powerful transformations that happen when we return home to ourselves.

🌿 With love and gratitude,
Grace 🤍✨

As we move toward the festive season, many women begin to feel that familiar mix of anticipation… and dare I say it - exhaustion.

The calendar fills.
The lists grow.
The mental load doubles.
And somewhere in the middle of it all, we disappear.

If you’re feeling overstretched, overstimulated, or quietly overwhelmed, please know this:
You are not alone — and nothing is wrong with you.

This time of year asks a lot of women.
Emotionally. Mentally. Energetically.
And so it becomes even more important to offer ourselves permission to slow down.

A softer pace.
A deeper breath.
A moment where nothing is required of us.

This is exactly why I created Mindful Mornings and Soulfull Day at Grace Sanctuary — gentle, restorative spaces for women to rest, reconnect, and remember themselves before life becomes too loud.

✨ December & January dates are now available
✨ Gift vouchers are also available — a beautiful, heartfelt gift for a woman who gives so much to others.

If you’re longing for a moment to exhale, I’d love to welcome you into the studio.
A little spaciousness now can change your whole season.

Bookings via the website.

Looking forward to offering you some time to reconnect with yourself.

I created Grace Sanctuary from my own journey of remembering myself.

For many years, I moved through life feeling overstretched and overstimulated — holding space for everyone else while the voice of my own body and spirit grew quieter. I knew what it was like to carry the mental load, to feel the endless chatter within, and to long for a moment of stillness that felt truly mine.

Through mindfulness, meditation, and the transformative power of sound, I slowly began returning home to myself.
Not through complexity — but through simple, intentional ritual and presence.

Now, Grace Sanctuary is where I welcome women who feel as I once did: overwhelmed, tired, and yearning for a deeper connection to their inner world.

In this warm, nurturing studio in the Blue Mountains, I offer gentle experiences — Mindful Morning, Soulfull Day, sound healing, and energy clearing — designed to soothe the nervous system, quiet the mind, and reconnect women with the parts of themselves they have forgotten or put aside.

Women arrive feeling tired, scattered, or overstimulated.
They leave feeling lighter, restored, and reconnected.

My work is simple, heartfelt, and grounded in the feminine — a blend of mindfulness, ritual, energy, and the pure resonance of crystal singing bowls.

Grace Sanctuary is not just a space.
It is an invitation to come home to yourself.

So many women move through their days carrying a quiet emotional load — supporting others, making decisions, managing responsibilities, and holding so much more than is ever seen.

Emotional wellbeing isn’t about staying positive all the time.
It’s about learning to listen to the heart with honesty and compassion.

There’s a quiet moment before the world wakes — a space to breathe, to soften, to begin again.

✨ Beginning the Day with Grace explores simple morning rituals to help you feel grounded and calm before the rush begins.

☀️ Take a few conscious breaths, sip your tea in stillness, and remember — peace begins with you.

✨ A State of Grace Wellbeing Podcast — Episode 4: Meeting Yourself with Kindness

There are moments when life asks us to stop.
Not out of choice, but out of necessity.

Recently, I spent several days in bed with intense nerve pain — the kind that brings everything to a halt. At first, I wanted to fight it. To get up. To do. But my body had other plans.

So, I surrendered. I slept. I breathed. I allowed the healing process to do what it needed to do — wrapped in a soft, loving presence.

That experience reminded me that true kindness begins with how we meet ourselves when things aren’t easy. When we stop striving, stop judging, and start listening.

In this new episode of A State of Grace Wellbeing Podcast, I share what it means to meet yourself with kindness — not as a concept, but as a living, breathing practice.

A practice of softening. Allowing. Trusting that rest is also productive, and love is deeply healing.

If you’re feeling weary, unwell, or just need a moment of gentle permission — this one’s for you. 💛

🕊 New Episode: Quieting the Inner Chatter 🎧

Have you ever noticed how loud the mind can be — even in stillness?
In this new episode of A State of Grace Wellbeing, we explore gentle ways to soften the noise within.

This isn’t about silencing your thoughts, but rather learning to listen differently — with kindness, compassion, and a touch of mindfulness.

I’ll guide you through a simple reflective practice to help you find the quiet beneath the noise — that calm, steady space that’s always been there, waiting for you.

💫 Because peace isn’t found by controlling the mind… it’s found by befriending it.

I’m still feeling a little overwhelmed (in the best way) after receiving the Brave Award at the Women with Altitude Awards last night. 💫

It was such a lovely surprise — and a deeply meaningful one. To be recognised as a business leader for work that comes from the heart means the world to me.

Running A State of Grace Wellbeing has been a journey of courage, trust, and persistence — holding space for women, creating community, and weaving sound, stillness, and mindfulness into everyday life. There have been challenges, moments of doubt, and many late nights… but also immense joy, connection, and purpose.

This award feels like a beautiful reminder that the quiet work — the heart-led, soulful work — matters too.

Thank you to the Women with Altitude community for celebrating women in business, and to everyone who has supported and believed in me along the way. I’m beyond grateful. 🌸

Here’s to continuing to create ripples of grace, courage, and light. ✨
