I have some news that I’m very excited to share.

Over the past year and a bit, I’ve been writing a book. It’s called:

“Sacred Connections – An Insightful Journey of Remembrance, Healing and Connection to the Spirit World.”

It’s a guided journey for people who want to deepen their connection with their own soul, explore the spirit world and understand how to awaken their spirit senses. (I call it sense consciousness). It also explores sacred grief, reconnecting heart and mind, working with ancestors and many more topics.

It’s filled with 63 teachings and spiritual practices that anyone can do to explore their abilities. Offering affirmations, journal prompts, meditations and all kinds of rituals to help set your intentions.

Everyone has access to their psychic senses and to the spirit world. So if you’re interested in learning more, watch this space for my presale page coming soon. Just in time for Christmas.

This book was born from many of my clients (and my beautiful friend Linda) wanting to know how they could develop their own skills and communicate with their own loved ones in spirit, without becoming a professional medium. (yes, it may put me out of a job lol)

I began by thinking about writing a two-hour course to help people understand how they can connect with their loved ones in spirit, on their own. Then the course needed a small workbook. This workbook grew and grew and now it’s a stand-alone book of a little over 300 pages, with everything you need to begin or deepen your journey! The manuscript has been edited (thank you Fiona) and I’m now making the final changes.

Writing a 300-page book while healing from brain tumour trauma has been one of the hardest and most rewarding things I’ve ever done. It’s pushed me beyond what I thought I was capable of and reminded me why I do this work.

I’ve driven Frank mad asking him a million times where the commas go (my memory isn’t great) and if sentences make sense, or should I shorten this or that practice. He’s a gift.

Honoured to be guest medium this Sunday with Elizabeth Maguire at Lithgow. It’s a beautiful drive and the people at the service are lovely.

Join us this Sunday for a spiritual service that includes songs, meditation and interesting talks. We welcome Tracey Gillan and Liz Maguire as our guests and invite everyone to join us after the service for morning tea and a catch up.

So proud of my students Elizabeth Maguire and Diane on their mediumship platform debuts. This is a lovely beginning for them and, if they choose, a life time of discipline and dedication to their development and in working with spirit. Mediumship, like our own personal growth, is not a straight line and is dependant on so many factors. Some within our control and some not. This is where our courage lies.

Our development never ends. My beautiful mentor Mavis Pittilla would tell us that we never stop learning or growing. She was still learning, teaching, mentoring and serving as a spirit medium until about two weeks before she passed ( in her 80’s) a wise and inspirational woman.

Mediums have known for thousands of years that consciousness doesn’t require a body, to exist. Now science is catching up.

Quantum physics is changing how we see the universe—and maybe even how we see death. Some of its most mind-bending discoveries suggest that the line between life and death might not be as final as we think. What if death, at least in the way we define it, isn’t the end?

At its core, quantum physics reveals a universe that’s anything but fixed. Time, space, and matter—concepts we take for granted—start to blur under the microscope of quantum theory. In certain experiments, particles seem to exist in multiple states at once, shift behavior based on observation, and even appear to be influenced by future events. It’s a reality where everything is connected, and the role of the observer—our consciousness—suddenly becomes central.

So what happens if consciousness is not just a byproduct of the brain, but something more fundamental? Some interpretations suggest that awareness might persist even after physical death. In this light, the end of the body might not be the end of the self. It could be a shift—something that continues beyond the limits of space and time.

This idea echoes theories like biocentrism, which proposes that consciousness isn’t something created by the universe, but something that creates the universe. From this perspective, death isn’t a disappearance—it’s a transition. Not an ending, but perhaps a move to another layer of reality within the vastness of a multiverse.

Time itself doesn’t behave the way we perceive it, either. Quantum experiments have shown that particles can “decide” their state retroactively, as if time can move both forward and backward. If time isn’t linear, maybe life isn’t either. And if life doesn’t follow a straight line, death might be less of a wall and more of a doorway.

Quantum physics doesn’t offer concrete proof of life after death—but it shakes the foundations of our material view of existence. It invites us to consider that consciousness might outlast the body, that reality is more fluid than we imagined, and that death might not be what we’ve always believed. Maybe what feels like an ending is just the beginning of something far more mysterious.
