This week, I choose rest without guilt. ๐
Not laziness.
Not falling behind.
Not giving up.
Rest is part of progress.
We donโt grow only when we hustle, we grow when we recover, reset, and allow our bodies and minds to breathe.
If youโve been feeling tired, overwhelmed, or stretched too thinโฆ this is your reminder: youโre allowed to pause.
โจ Try this tonight: Create a simple bedtime routine, dim the lights, put your phone away 30 minutes before sleep, and give your mind permission to slow down.
