With a little tear in her eye, she took a deep breath and settled her feet into the foot bath.
For it’s in here that she knows she can just be. Where for now it’s all about her, and no one else.
If the mood takes her to chat then we will, if not the gentle music and birdsong outside will soon soothe the minds worries.
Essential oils selected in the moment to encourage peace and bring the gentle strength she needs to carry forward.
She leaves feeling lighter and balanced. I have a deep knowing that she’ll be ok because she takes care of herself and that’s so important ~ especially at this hectic time of year.
