The past couple of months have been cold and damp around the Haven. Which has allowed a lot of my focus to be turned towards competing the Yoga Teacher Training certification which I can proudly say I am qualified!! Yay :-)

With the study completed now freeing up time again for me to turn back to The Haven with the Life Pause offerings.

With a deeper level of passion for holding space for those seeking pause from their everyday, I am excited to offer this Life Pause DAY experience. Please see flyer for more details.

What a beautiful, fresh and clear morning it is this morning!! ☀️ The ground is moist, the sky is clear ♥️

Slight change to this evenings event, it will just be me facilitating. The seed has been sowed for future events with the lovely Rachel 💕

We will still dance outside under the moons light. I have done many chakra, kundalini and ecstatic dance over the years to introduce this component to our evening along with cacao.

Cost for tonight has also been reduced to $25.

Hello Friends,
Did anyone else experience some sleeplessness this week? I sure did. A common thread that weaves around the astrological full moon cycle, especially this one.

Tomorrow evening - Saturday 18th we are gathering at 7pm at Heathcote Sacred Haven to begin our evening we will journey with Ceremonial Cacao to gently soften and open our hearts, to connect us in with our bodies and the earth.

During this meditative experience we will be guided through a visualization and dance movement around the open fire under the empowering light of the moon.

Dance is a wonderful way to move any stagnant energy within our bodies. Moving old energy through to make way for new. It is very much an individual experience, moving in whatever way you feel.

Life is forever changing, evolving, tweeking and altering. Being in flow, resisting; in balance, out of balance; juggling all balls of life, dropping some….all within a day sometimes.

And here we are already a third of the way into Autumn, the days are getting shorter, the nights chillier as we transition into the winter months for some hibernation and inner time.

I often think to myself (what a wonderful world 😊, thanks Louis Armstrong)….how do I slow the merry-go-round of life down, and I am realising it’s not so much about slowing it down. It is about stepping off the merry-go-round and taking the time to do self care, to sit in mediation, to pause and reflect, and to cultivate and plan for the next spin around. And a beautiful way to do this is in circle at The Haven.

Before hibernation happens though, I would love to open up the circle space to community for the rest of Autumn and it will look like this…
Last Wednesday of the month – reflection on the month that was
First Monday of the Month – cultivate and feel into what you want to create in the month ahead

I will be down in The Haven from 5:45 for a 6pm start. Come join in the magic that unfolds when we sit together in mediation, sound & energy healing, drumming, journaling and ritual.

We can then gather around the fire with a warm cuppa and connect under the open sky.

If we don’t make the time for ourselves, we continue to get the same outcome. You are so worth this time for you. Join me in creating this space for our fabulous community.
