At Omnicell, care shows up in how we learn, grow, and support one another day to day.
This quarter, our teams were busy. Employees jumped into learning moments across Black History Month, Women’s History Month, and Neurodiversity Celebration Week. We explored Black history and its ongoing impact, took part in a Women’s History Month quiz highlighting contributions that often go unseen, and joined a workshop that helped us build better understanding in our everyday work.
We’re also opening space for important conversations with a live expert AMA with Midi Health on perimenopause and menopause. And on March 31, we’re joining the Trans Rights Readathon in honor of International Transgender Day of Visibility.
All of this comes to life because our employee communities lead the way. Their energy keeps us inspired by care and helps us build a culture where everyone feels seen, supported, and able to show up as they are.
