We believe our training is unique. We use or strength, metabolic conditioning and boxing programs to achieve fat loss, muscle strength and muscle mass as well as athletic performance. We make training interesting, challenging and fun to keep you motivated – the way training should be! NUTRITION

Nutrition plays a massive role in whatever your health and fitness goals are. We don’t believe in extreme calorie counting or any diet fads but we do believe in educating you to understand how to fuel your body with nutrient dense foods to help you achieve yours goals and to give you sustainable energy throughout the day! Charlotte has been such a lovely addition to our studio over the past couple years, bringing her dancer precision to every move!

If you've found yourself sticking to one thing or the other, on Friday the 15th of May we will be hosting our own Freaky Friday ✨

With different stations across reformer Pilates, mat Pilates and the gym - you can expect the best of both worlds!

CLIENTS OF THE MONTH FOR MARCH 🀍

The lovely Lucy is our client of the month out on the gym floor! Whether she's smashing out a mums & bubs session alongside the adorable Zelda, or killing a class in the Pilates studio, Lucy has become an absolute asset in the TWM community!

Kegan is our Pilates client of the month and has stuck to his routine of 6am classes even without Sienna to keep him accountable! Kegan has built up lots of strength and confidence in the studio over the past year, and is without a doubt a Pilates pro πŸ’ͺ🏼

It's our lovely Pilates manager's birthday today!!

Ava has been there since day one of TWM Pilates, all the way up to today with a lovely new studio and a packed class schedule!

She keeps the challenges coming, the studio looking fresh and makes sure clients are getting stronger in each and every one of her classes.
