We believe our training is unique. We use or strength, metabolic conditioning and boxing programs to achieve fat loss, muscle strength and muscle mass as well as athletic performance. We make training interesting, challenging and fun to keep you motivated – the way training should be! NUTRITION

Nutrition plays a massive role in whatever your health and fitness goals are. We don’t believe in extreme calorie counting or any diet fads but we do believe in educating you to understand how to fuel your body with nutrient dense foods to help you achieve yours goals and to give you sustainable energy throughout the day! CLIENTS OF THE MONTH FOR MARCH 🀍

The lovely Lucy is our client of the month out on the gym floor! Whether she's smashing out a mums & bubs session alongside the adorable Zelda, or killing a class in the Pilates studio, Lucy has become an absolute asset in the TWM community!

Kegan is our Pilates client of the month and has stuck to his routine of 6am classes even without Sienna to keep him accountable! Kegan has built up lots of strength and confidence in the studio over the past year, and is without a doubt a Pilates pro πŸ’ͺ🏼

Ava has been there since day one of TWM Pilates, all the way up to today with a lovely new studio and a packed class schedule!

She keeps the challenges coming, the studio looking fresh and makes sure clients are getting stronger in each and every one of her classes.

Quads of steel from our man of steel himself πŸ¦Έβ€β™‚οΈ

If you have not put Bulgarian split squats in your lower body program for a while it’s time to crush the comfort zone and add them in.

As a unilateral single-leg exercise, Bulgarians activate the stabilizing muscles in your core, hips and knee, helping to increase your balance and stability.

You can adjust the positioning of your hip to either target glutes or quads more predominately. Also if you want to focus more on strength and less on balance - hold onto a pole!!!!

Any form of unilateral exercises are essential to make sure we maintain an equilibrium level of strength amongst both limbs - with minimal muscle imbalances πŸ€”

This 8 week challenge was full of an exceptional group of 20 people who put in a huge effort over the past 2 months crushing their fitness goals, nutrition regimes and lifestyle habits.

We are SO proud of our mates who have now set themselves up for long term success. Our challenges get you out of your comfort zone but teach you that anything is possible with your fitness goals if you have the right structure, team and environment around you.

Well done to everyone involved especially to the twm@l coaches who constantly give our clients so much support ❀️
