We believe our training is unique. We use or strength, metabolic conditioning and boxing programs to achieve fat loss, muscle strength and muscle mass as well as athletic performance. We make training interesting, challenging and fun to keep you motivated – the way training should be! NUTRITION

Nutrition plays a massive role in whatever your health and fitness goals are. We don’t believe in extreme calorie counting or any diet fads but we do believe in educating you to understand how to fuel your body with nutrient dense foods to help you achieve yours goals and to give you sustainable energy throughout the day! Lewy has been training at TWM since 2018 and is an absolute fan favourite here at twm.

Lewy trains twice a week with coach Liam and is a part of our all abilities legends crew on Saturdays!!

Thanks for all the great times - basketball games, tackling, footy tipping , Saints songs, Lewis’s tunes playlist, leg press records, stride4stroke 28km rides and many many more!!!

Thanks to all of the twm community who showed up and had a crack at their goals on the weekend. For a great cause.

Although we didn’t organise the event this year we are so proud of the legacy we have created to help create a life with fewer strokes 🧠

HAPPY BIRTHDAY & 270 CLASSES MEL 🥳✨

Our lovely client Mel has been a regular in our Pilates studio for a bit over two years now and has been incredibly consistent, racking up a total of 270 classes (INSANE!!!)

Not only is Mel super disciplined with getting to class every week, she never fails to take every progression to push herself and her strength is next level 💪🏼

She's a client we know and love, always up for a good chat and brings the vibes - thanks for being such an important part of the community Mel 🫶🏻
