Weekend adventuring at Wilson’s Prom 😍

Filled my cup with wild landscapes, hiking, sun and sea

First beach swims of the season at Squeaky Beach and Whisky Bay 🌊

Big Drift was insane: otherworldly terrain and so windy I nearly blew away

Time in nature and exploring new parts of the world is my best way to reset ⚡️

Now I’m back and feeling refreshed and ready for a big week in clinic ✨

My treatment room is a safe place for you to feel whatever it is you need to feel.

You don’t need to hold it back or swallow it down, you don’t need to make it pretty or palatable,

And you never, ever need to apologise when those emotions come up.

Never, ever, ever.

Oftentimes, as we work together to get to the bottom of your health concern

We identify some kind of emotional charge,

A part of the self, or a story that feels tender,

As we touch on that, emotions can come up

This is such a useful phenomenon, because it helps to release some of the stagnant Qi that can form around emotional holdings

Allowing the emotions to come out helps to free up some space and movement,

It provides space for healing to begin

Emotional distress, emotional repression or suppression can aggravate physical health issues

I’m here to help you release anything that needs to be released,

So true and integrated healing can occur ✨
