I have a Diploma of Remedial Massage with a background in Personal Training and a Diploma of Beauty Therapy. I have been practicing for over 35 years.

There are two treatment styles I offer within my business, which enables me to help a more diverse range of clientele. **ALL Holistic Body Treatments and all Remedial Massage Therapies are CLAIMABLE for a health fund rebate to those that are covered for massage.**

I incorporate a very different style of massage to the ‘norm’. Specifically designed to CALM the HPA ‘Flight or Fright’ Stress Hormone Response, which deeper styles of massage do NOT address.

REMEDIAL MASSAGE

Utilizing different modalities/techniques of massage to RELIEVE muscular pain & tightness to increase range of motion at the joints. Rehabilitate and prevent further injuries.

Remedial Massage means ‘To treat an injury using corrective modalities’, but is for ANYONE experiencing pain within the soft tissues.

Myotherapy is the combination of Postural Analysis, Massage Therapy and Prescriptive Exercise when needed. Home based exercise and stretches will be given as required.
