Today we say goodbye to someone who has been such an instrumental part of our clinic’s growth this past year. Monique, your kindness and the genuine care you’ve shown every person who has walked through our doors have made such a difference to our patients and our team.

You’ve been a wonderful colleague and an even better friend. We’re so proud of you for graduating and finishing your Exercise Science degree!! We’re so excited to see you all the things you get up to on your next adventure in WA.

We will miss you so much, but we know you’re going to do incredible things.

Is this the most important muscle for POTS / OI? More research on its role is warranted especially in specific protocols that create measureable and long term benefits. Also, study says it only benefits low flow POTS. Try starting with seated 3-5 sets of 5 reps if your symptoms are bad and progress from there. Not all pain is visible. Not all healing is physical. 💚
Every year on 10 October, the world comes together for World Mental Health Day, a reminder of the importance of good mental health and the need to prioritise and invest in wellbeing.
At Wellness Station, we see many people living with invisible struggles including anxiety, stress, grief and trauma, and we’re reminded daily that mental health deserves the same care and understanding as physical health.
Today and every day, let’s continue to raise awareness, show compassion, and support one another in ways that truly make a difference.

Our Story

In 2013 we envisioned creating a space where people can invest in themselves through self-care and self-improvement. We have always believed that a person is only limited by his or her own mind and working on oneself harder than anything else is the key to unlocking human potential. At Wellness Station our commitment is to create a space where people can work on their bodies, nourish their minds and build human connections in a safe and inclusive environment.

After overcoming numerous life challenges we were able to inch closer to our goal and create the first Wellness Station in 2016 in Heidelberg Heights. Thanks to the growing support of the local community and our hard working team, we were able to see more of our vision become a reality and opened the doors of our Heidelberg studio in 2018
