The team at Red Gum Psychology would like to thank all of our wonderful clients for their dedication and hard work this year. It’s been a privilege to be part of your journey, and we hope you are able to take some time to rest and recharge over the holiday period.

Red Gum Psychology will be closed tomorrow until the 13th January 2025. Any contact from exisiting or new clients will be returned once our clinicians return on the 13th.

Red Gum Psychology is excited to announce its upcoming school holidays group workshop Create & Connect.

Create & Connect is designed for individuals who may find it difficult expressing themselves with words, offering a creative means for self-exploration, self-understanding, and creative expression.

This workshop is:
- An opportunity to explore and understand yourself through creative methods
- An opportunity to connect with others
- A safe space to express yourself

This workshop is not:
- An art class
- About artistic ability or talent
- A group therapy session

The workshop will be led by two Psychologists, who will be responsible for suggesting self-exploration activities, checking in and reflecting with group participants, and supervising conversations within the space.

What’s included? All art materials (canvas, art paper, watercolour paints, acrylic paints, pencils, charcoal, pastels and more).

Light refreshments provided.

To register your child’s interest for either:
- Teen workshop: 10th July (10am-12pm)
- Tween workshop: 3rd July (1pm-3pm)

Red Gum Psychology is excited to announce that we currently have immediate availability for new clients! We are a small private practice in the heart of Helensburgh NSW. We support clients of all ages, offering both face-to-face and telehealth appointments.

Red Gum Psychology can support individuals under the National Disability Insurance Scheme ('self-managed' and 'plan-managed' pathways), as well as those referred through GPs under the 'better access' (Medicare rebate) model.
