Lets emphasise exercise for wellbeing rather than weight or image. Lets also allow rest and self love while our priorities and time change. Lets be kind to our bodies and appreciate what they have done for us- the changes our body goes through are beautiful.

Comment below to spread awareness for all the mums out there who need to know that laziness is NOT the reason for their weight gain. A mums body is incredible for what it achieves and the changes it goes through to grow a baby. It is a season and there is a time for everything- I hope everyone can see the beauty in the changes their body goes through.
