I had such a beautiful New Year's Eve at LoveFest and am excited to be a part of this wonderful heart-centred festival again in Thirroul on 21 February (my birthday!)

Our theme this year is 'wild and free' and I will be supporting you to unleash your voice in all sorts of fun ways in my Vocal Alchemy workshop at the festival - so please come and play with us!

There are so many beautiful offerings at the festival, including yoga, breathwork, dance, workshops, music, kirtan, sound healing, a smoking ceremony with local indigenous elders, delicious food and more, all right on stunning Thirroul beach.

It’s the last day of 2025 and I’m greeting a beautiful sunrise in the bush, camping at LoveFest NYE. I went to say hi to one of the trees and found this trail of cicada shells. Such a wonderful reminder to shed the old and become the next version of ourselves as we greet 2026. I can feel new creations birthing through me and am looking forward to all that this new year may bring. I’m reminded too that it’s an inside job - who we are being creates our experience of life, so it’s more important than ever to be compassionately curious and caring towards the parts of ourselves that may be stuck in old ways of being, thinking and feeling, and to lovingly usher them towards wholeness and renewal. Wishing you all a wonderful end to 2025 and a joyous start to 2026.

COME CELEBRATE MY BIRTHDAY AT LOVEFEST 21 FEB 2026!

I’m thrilled to be a part of LoveFest Wollongong again at Thirroul Beach on 21 February 2026 - my birthday!

I’ll be leading a fun Vocal Alchemy workshop at 2pm so come and explore playing with your voice and weaving wonderful sonic harmonics together.

There will also be lots of other fabulous sessions including dance, yoga, breathwork, music, sound healing and more, as well as a sunset smoking ceremony with local indigenous elders.

LoveFest events are drug and alcohol free so you can bring the kids and enjoy genuine, heart-centred connections with others in a joyful and uplifting space, right next to the ocean!

Earlybird tickets are on sale now for just $88 for adults, $20 for youth and kids under 12 are free.

We had a truly beautiful 11/11 Ascension Activation yesterday, even if Zoom wouldn't let us into the call until 11:11! Next time I'll make that the official start time 🙂

The theme that came through was Alignment and we received powerful activations to release aspects of ourselves that were over-identified with staying small and dimming their light.
