Feel like this is worth a re-share and is very relevant atm..

Clarity comes from knowing the difference between when your leading from the heart or mind. It takes being still regularly to refocus, get clear and realign. Clarity is achieved by exploring what is possible and seeing your reflection in your interactions with others and the outside world. However, to gain clarity you must truly be willing to let go of the confusion by silencing the mind and opening your heart so you can let the light in long enough to realign with your souls purpose and attract the right opportunities and people to you again. Once your clear on your purpose and focus on that you will flow in the right direction with ease and grace.

I know a lot of people who have lost loved ones over the years and a parent/ parents in the last few years, myself included, who have been dealing with grief and I think this article describes a beautiful way to view and accept grief. Once you have read this article I’d love to hear what space you’ve created for that LOVE to go instead?
For me, when something, or someone reminds me of my dad, I say “hi dad”and I use it as a reminder to slow down and be present and take in that moment fully and allow myself to feel the LOVE in that moment and the gratitude of those wonderful memories and beautiful reminders of my dads smiley face and happy-go-lucky spirit and how lucky I am to know that kind of love that doesn’t leave you but just transforms and can be redirected to a different place and expressed however you choose to express it. Sending you all much 💜

The best part of this definition of grief won't be apparent right away. You'll resist it at first.

Today’s card is the “ 7 of fire”! The message for you if you are reading this, is to stand your ground and be clear on your own beliefs and decisions that are aligned with your own values. Do not be swayed by others but by the same token choose your battles wisely. Sometimes this means avoiding topics/ conversations with people about certain topics that you know may “trigger them or you”. Not everyone will understand your choices but that’s ok because this is YOUR life journey not theirs and vice versa. It doesn’t matter if others agree with your choices or not what matters is if they RESPECT your right to choose differently. You don’t need others approval just your own, this is your life and you get to CHOOSE and CREATE your own path.
