What to Expect:
You’ll be welcomed into a space intentionally set within an intimate group of no more than 10, ready for you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself. whilst being gently immersed within a complete sensory experience

✨ Location: .studio
1a George Street, Hindmarsh S.A

✨ Timing: 6:30pm to 7:30pm
Doors open from 6:25pm, giving you a few moments to arrive, settle in, and make yourself comfortable.

☁️ Cloud-like mats and bolsters for your knees are provided for your comfort as well as weighted eye masks to help you sink a little deeper within your inner world. Herbal tea, water, will also be provided within this space.

Although this is a personal share, I feel it offers the perfect little glimpse into where my passion for what I offer professionally shines from. By experiencing it so deeply for myself, I’ve come to understand just how transformative and powerful it is to uncover who you truly are. 🦋

Just as some moments feel as though they were always written in the stars, our wedding day was undoubtedly one of them.

It was a day where everything aligned so effortlessly, reflecting the beauty of trusting our hearts, embracing every lesson, and growing into the most authentic, feminine version of myself. Looking back, I can clearly see how every step of my journey led me to my husband, the most divine man I’ve ever known and together, we created a moment that felt like pure destiny ✨

Surrounded by the most talented and kind-hearted souls who poured their love into every detail, we witnessed the most beautiful chapter of our story come to life. From our fairy godparents of celebrants, who seemed destined to guide us, to my makeup artist, .com.au whose care and connection made me feel radiant, and the incredible husband-and-wife duo, who captured every heartfelt moment, it felt as though the universe handpicked each of them to honour and celebrate our love as well as my incredible friend, who you all know bringing the vision of it all to life with her floristry!

And standing by my side was the man beyond my dreams, the greatest blessing of all, and my constant reminder that trusting the unfolding of life can bring you a reality more magical than you could have ever imagined 🤍

I know I’ve been very quiet on socials recently whilst I’ve been navigating this transition within Flourish & Flo and soaking up the magical unfolding’s within my family life.

But there has been so much happening in the background, and I’m looking forward to sharing more with you this coming week and being able to answer your heartfelt questions clearly whilst feeling deeply grateful for your continued support. It truly means the world to me that you’re still here, flowing with me through each chapter 🙏🏼🤍

Today, I want to gently share something incredibly close to my heart: a beautiful program called ‘Held by HAS’, in partnership with the 🤍

Tomorrow, I have the privilege of holding space for bereaved mothers, guiding them back to a place of connection within themselves offering a moment to simply be, breathe, and feel held.

This offering is incredibly close to my heart, knowing the gentle yet powerful healing it can bring. It has been a true gift to witness this transformation in my dear friend and client, , whose journey of healing and becoming continues to be such a beautiful source of inspiration and I’m honoured to be able to ripple this support out to others.

Thank you Ella & for this beautiful opportunity to be involved in such a special program created with so much heart and passion. It’s nothing short of a gift in itself to work alongside such incredible women who bring so much love and support to the community.
