Movember has officially started and we’re thrilled to be involved again this year to support, fundraise and campaign for men’s health.

We’ve got some great events planned throughout the month, including the return of our Treadmill Challenge at and repping at .

We’ve been supporting since 2016 and are passionate about raising awareness and funding for prostate and testicular cancer, men’s mental health and su***de prevention. Please help us reach our goal of $5,000 by considering a donation. Check the link in bio.

Our very own Sam has returned from his epic trek to Everest Base Camp. At 5,364 meters above sea level, that's officially the highest an Atrium cap has ever reached! 🗻

Sam and his mate Lachy took on the challenge to raise funds and awareness for Movember men’s health, and we’re all incredibly proud of their efforts and commitment to a great cause.

If you spot Sam around the gym, be sure to say congrats on his amazing feat. With Movember just around the corner, the rest of the team will be joining in the fundraising efforts. Keep an eye on the socials to see what we're up too.

Exciting news! We’ve welcomed Matt to the team 🎉

Matt is both an Exercise Physiologist and a Yoga Teacher, with a passion for movement education and a commitment to helping people feel their best.

He’s been settling in nicely over the past fortnight and we’re really glad to have him as part of the Atrium community.
