YOGA AT NAMASTE HEPBURN THIS WEEK

Come and enjoy incredible Flows in our Vinyasa Flow Classes and slow down everything in our Yin Class, enjoy the Heated Room, the Community Vibe and find stillness within the movement. My aim is to delight the senses and after you move through intelligent sequences you find rest and connect to your body, just like Roxy our loving Doggy Friend.

Today was special at Namaste Hepburn.
It was a pleasure to host these 3 Amazing Ladies, Trudy, Catherine and Kylie for a private Yoga experience, something I love to do.
Catherine in the centre is a Paraplegic and has had a dream for 8 years to be able to do a Yoga Class. Well today with the help of her beautiful Friends Trudy and Kylie that Dream arrived.
I loved the energy in the room, the effort and heart felt feeling we all had after the experience.
I was inspired by Catherine and her positive mindset, something we all need to learn from.
If you’re curious about Yoga maybe a bit overwhelmed by fancy studios and requirements contact Rick .hepburn I will help you along your path to real Yoga and no BS.

FULL MOON AND CACAO CEREMONY

A very unique opportunity is coming soon the next Full Moon and Cacao Ceremony will be the last for a while, the event will take place on Sunday 1st February at 6pm, we start releasing what we no longer need before a Cacao Ceremony some ecstatic dance, Meditation and finish with some delicious Yin Shapes. Cost for the experience is $25.

You also have an opportunity to add a Ceremonial Tattoo for an additional $125 to remember this beautiful experience from a brilliant German Tattoo Artist you can view samples of her work on Instagram
