Yoga108 in Seminyak Bali reminds me so much of Namaste Hepburn, no egos, fair pricing a walk in class is 120,000 Rp around $10 and an awesome Vinyasa Flow and Yin Experience.

As we conclude another incredible event at Namaste Hepburn with the Earth Element Immersion now done and dusted, I have time to reset with Family for a week.

Another amazing group from around the District and Melbourne melted into this incredible Immersion, big thanks to everyone who trusted me on this journey today.

No Yoga next week bookings are open now for the first classes back on Wednesday March 4, book now as classes have filled quickly recently, once again a big thank you to everyone who comes to our space and if you have never been to Namaste Hepburn come along and witness incredible Flows and Yin experiences for yourself.

If you are looking for an immersive Yoga experience there are 2 spots available at the Earth Element Immersion on Saturday 21st February.

Your Day starts at 9am with an opening circle, followed by a 90 minute Mandala Vinyasa Flow all centred around the Earth Element practiced in a Hot Room, strong and juicy. A delicious Brunch follows, then around midday a Cacao Ceremony, some ecstatic dance, Meditation, Yin and a Sound Bath to round out your experience. The event will be finished around 2.30.

The cost for the experience is $85 and you will have the option of including a Ceremonial Tattoo from a visiting German Fine Line Tattoo Artist for an

New Class added on Wednesday to allow more people to slow down a 7pm Yin Class has been added to the schedule, come along and discover the pure bliss Yin Yoga brings.

The other change is dropping the temperature back to 26C for the Thursday 5.15 Vinyasa Flow, same incredible flow just a little cooler.
