This 1:1 creative painting session made space to let go of perfection, build confidence and practise emotional regulation in a safe, supportive environment 💙

Sometimes capacity building looks like a canvas, a few “happy accidents” and the courage to keep going 🤗🌿

We were excited to join My Hero Disability Services in supporting participants to explore a new destination, build social connections and engage in shared experiences outside our usual environment! Opportunities like this support confidence, independence and capacity building in a real-world setting 😁

We recently enjoyed a nice day out exploring, making the most of the sunny weather and some fresh air. It was great to head out for a relaxed stroll and take in the beautiful views 🌊 Days like this spent in nature are a great reminder of how important it is to slow down, connect, and enjoy the moment 😊

🎶Music, Sunshine and smiles ☀️

We had an extra special day today at My Hero Disability Services community BBQ! We were so excited to bring some instruments down for a relaxed and fun jam session 🤗 It was great to see everyone getting involved and having a play around with some of the instruments 🎸🎶 The beautiful sunny weather set us up for a great day with yummy food, great company and good tunes.

Thank you so much to My Hero for inviting us down for a great day! We loved every second 😁💙

We’re excited to be joining My Hero Disability Services for their Community BBQ and bringing the music along with us! 🎸🥁 We’ll have instruments ready for anyone who’d like to have a go, try something new or simply sit back and enjoy some live music in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.

🍣Sushi, tinsel and good vibes only 🎅

The studio is looking a lot more merry! We had a great time this week enjoying a yummy lunch before heading back to the office/studio to get it looking a lot more festive 🎄✨

There were plenty of laughs, good vibes and Christmas cheer as the decorations went up, and the space is officially feeling a lot more lively 🎅❤️ It was the perfect way to spend the day and get into the Christmas spirit 🎁✨
