We are seeking compassionate Support Workers to support participants in the Fraser Coast area - immediate start
Duties include:
* Personal care: bathing, toileting, mobility
* Community access & appointments
* Household tasks: cleaning, meal prep
* Basic record keeping and reporting
About you:
* Passion for supporting others and making a difference
* Experience in NDIS and/or Aged Care (preferred)
* Strong communication skills and person-centred approach
* Compassionate, resilient, and flexible
Requirements:
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
* Cert III in Disability, Aged Care or similar (or working towards)
* Current First Aid & CPR
* National Police Check
* QLD Driver’s Licence, reliable vehicle & full insurance
* Right to work in Australia

Here are the key takeaways:

- Older-adult fitness keeps trending: With rare exceptions, it’s been Top 10 for years; in the 2026 survey, it ranked highest among 65+ respondents.
