After the Full Moon 🌖
We so often observe the “hype” of the full moon but what about what happens after?
This is the time to notice what’s quieter now.
The peak has passed.�The emotions that felt loud a few days ago may have softened.�Or maybe they’ve clarified.
The full moon brings things to the surface.
But the days after?�That’s where integration lives.
This is the space to ask:
• What did I react to?�• What felt amplified?�• What truth became harder to ignore?�• What did my body show me?
You don’t need to dramaticise it.�You don’t need to burn it, cut cords, or declare endings.
Just notice.
The nervous system often speaks loudly at the peak.�Wisdom speaks in the quiet that follows.
What did this moon reveal about your capacity?
Not what needs to be fixed.
What has simply reached its limit.
Reflection is where power returns.
It’s where cycles complete and space is created.
It can feel like a tidal wave, shifting out the old and allowing space for the new.
Over the next few days allow time for journaling, shadow work and meditation.
The intensity of the Full Moon allows for the understanding of the power of softness and refection.
