Industry Update – Please Read
From September 1st, new regulations in Queensland mean we can no longer offer same-day prescription treatments. This change adds just one extra step, but it’s an important one to keep your journey safe, smooth, and fully compliant.
Here’s how it will work moving forward:
Step 1: Consultation
You’ll first meet with our prescriber. If clinically suitable, a prescription will be issued for you.
Step 2: Scheduling
Your prescription is then ordered into the clinic (this generally takes 3–4 business days). We’ll book your treatment during your consultation so everything flows seamlessly.
Step 3: Treatment
Once your prescription arrives, you’ll come back in for treatment.
đź’ˇ Regular patients, please book at least one week ahead to ensure your prescriptions are valid and treatment can go ahead without delays.
