I’ve been sitting with this for some time now… and I’m ready to share it.

After 37 years in an incredible, life-giving, deeply connected marriage (despite many challenges) and walking through the past months since my husband’s passing with strength, faith, and clarity—I know this without question:

Great marriages don’t happen by accident.
They are built. Intentionally. Consistently. Powerfully.

And I also KNOW this…
Marriage is not meant to be endured. We definitely experienced that version of marriage for quite some time.
Marriage is meant to be a place of joy, strength, safety, fun, and deep partnership.

So many (and it’s not their fault) wake dreading another day!!!

So many wear masks (and again it’s not their fault) pretending they’re happy!!!

LIFE IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE THAT WAY!!!

You didn’t choose everything that happened that created life to feel so hard and exhausting.

BUT YOU CAN CHOOSE TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT - AND YOU CAN CHOOSE THAT TODAY!!

We are designed to live free abundant joyful expectant lives! 💃💃

Our internal world should be so solid and strong it’s not shaken by external circumstances 💪🏻💪🏻

Life is exciting when it’s full of faith and hope not crippled with fear.

I have always strongly believed this - and because of that I have pursued it my whole life.

I only work with people who are so hungry for a free and abundant life - that they’ll do whatever it takes. And the irony is - it’s not hard. But it takes a massive commitment to you and a massive commitment to a much better life!!

After an amazing month away (which was challenging at the start with so much torrential rain ☔️🤣)….

……I’m excited to be back living the life I love so very much 💃🥳🤩😎🙏🌴🌺

I have two new retreat clients starting in the next week or two 💃💃🥳🥳
Two lives about to be radically transformed!!

Both are extremely capable high functioning amazing humans - who through layers of lifelong pain are stuck, exhausted, and battling destructive negative self-talk.

Both drew a line in the sand - and prioritised themselves and the incredible future they want.

I love that they will head home literally leaving all their baggage behind.
They’ll leave happy, joy-filled, peaceful - AND IT LASTS!!
They will leave free to live life to the full 💃💃🥳🥳
