What a beautiful Breathwork session last night. Many different releases. The storm helped some to push through and have a deep release while it also distracted others from the breath. We are all different! Feel and hurt in different ways. Find what works for you and move forward to being the best version of you 🫶🏽🤍💚

Mother natures Stong winds are her version of Breathwork!
Creating rough seas with dirty water, bringing to the surface what needs to be cleansed and released. Letting go of what not longer serves her. Yet she is sill beautiful.
