Our classes resume this January, and we're excited to share our schedule with you. Jess will teach the first yoga class back for 2026 on Monday, January 5th, at 9.30am and can't wait to see you on the mat! No bookings required 🧘‍♀️

Thats not all, we're thrilled to announce two special yoga classes at the Hervey Bay Regional Gallery.
For these 2 unique sessions, Jess will be offering a signature Yoga Fusion class, expertly crafted to weave together the benefits of Hatha Yoga, Yoga Chi Gung, Buddhist Meditation, and Tibetan Yoga practices. Discover a dynamic blend of Yoga in a very peaceful environment, leaving you calm, relaxed and connected to body, heart & mind.

We wanted to extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who joined us for the Sound of Peace event last Tuesday evening! Jess and Alena were thrilled to share this special practice with you, blending live music, mantra, movement, and meditation to create a truly immersive experience.
🕉️🌟🎶💗

We're also deeply grateful for your support in raising funds for a local family that has experienced some serious challenges. With your generosity, we were able to raise $260, which went towards a shopping voucher at our local Foodworks store, and kindly gifted to the family on Christmas Eve. 🎄

To those who couldn't make it but donated to the cause, thank you for your kindness and compassion. Your contributions will make a difference in the lives of this family.🙏💐

Cassy has been a member our Ocean Tree Yoga community for 9 incredible years, and we're overjoyed she's taken the next step to share her passion with others as a qualified yoga teacher.✨

Join Cassy for a 40-minute Hatha Yoga class, where she'll guide you through a beautiful practice to get your body moving and your energy flowing🌻✴️

Following the Yoga, Ann will guide you through a 20-minute meditation. Ann, a passionate meditation teacher who knows firsthand the benefits of a well grounded practice, will help you to stay focused and inspired. 🧘‍♀️🌟

Together, Cassy and Ann will create a deeply enriching experience 🥰
