Our core business is the manufacture of custom-fit, medical grade silicone earplugs which we will make for you on-the-spot. We can also take impression moulds for a range of specialist laboratory-manufactured earplugs suitable for the music industry and sport shooting.

Individual customers come to us, but we will happily visit commercial premises to manufacture volume orders of earplugs.

Have you ever noticed that after leaving a very loud event, such as a concert or football game, you don’t hear as well as before. You might not hear whispers, sound might seem muffled, or you may hear ringing in your ears. This is because the hair cells, similar to blades of grass, will bend more if the sound is too loud. But they will become straight again after a recovery period. 🤞

However, if loud noise damages too many of the hair cells, some of them will die. Over time, repeated exposures to loud noises will destroy many hair cells, gradually reducing your ability to understand speech in noisy places. 😮
